Description

The KB814 is a 1-channel 4-pin AC input Optically Coupled Isolator/Photocoupler contains two GaAs LED and a NPN silicon phototransistor. It provides high isolation voltage between input and output. It has lead pitch of 2.54mm.
Avoid removing the residual flux with Freon-based and chlorine-based cleaning solvent. Be aware that power is suddenly into the component any surge current may cause damage happen.
