- Этот восьмиканальный шинный приемопередатчик предназначен для работы при напряжении питания VCC от 1,65 В до 3,6 В. Микросхема SN74LVC245A предназначена для асинхронной связи между шинами данных. Устройство передает данные с шины A на шину B или с шины B на шину A в зависимости от логического уровня на входе управления направлением (DIR).
- ОСОБЕННОСТИ
- • Работает от 1,65 В до 3,6 В
- • Входы допускают напряжение до 5,5 В
- • Максимальная задержка распространения tpd составляет 6,3 нс при напряжении 3,3 В
- • Типичное значение VOLP (дребезг земли на выходе) <0,8 В при VCC = 3,3 В, TA = 25°C
- • Типичное значение VOHV (отрицательный выброс выходного напряжения VOH) >2 В при VCC = 3,3 В, TA = 25°C
- • Ioff обеспечивает работу в режиме частичного отключения питания
- • Поддерживает работу со смешанными сигналами на всех портах (входное/выходное напряжение 5 В при VCC = 3,3 В)
- • Устойчивость к защелкиванию превышает 250 мА по стандарту JESD 17
