Description
- Maintain a steady voltage level with this standard LM137H linear regulator from Texas Instruments. This device has a maximum power dissipation of 2000 mW. This voltage regulation device"s single output can produce a current up to 0.5 A. With a small input voltage of -4.2 V and a max of -40 V, this will supply sufficient power to your circuit. With an adjustable output that has a voltage of -1.2 to -37 V, this is power management at its best. To produce a constant current at your output, supply your circuit with a load regulation of 0.5% and line regulation of 0.02%/V. Its maximum power dissipation is 2000 mW. This voltage regulation device has a minimum operating temperature of -55 °C and a maximum of 150 °C. Its polarity is negative.
