- Данный оценочный модуль предназначен для LMX2594 — первой в отрасли ФАПЧ со встроенным ГУН, позволяющей получить выходной сигнал на основной частоте ГУН до 15 ГГц. Показатель качества ФАПЧ, лучший в отрасли, составляет -236 дБн/Гц при фликкер-шуме -129 дБн/Гц. Это устройство поддерживает стандарт JESD204B (может формировать или повторять сигнал SYSREF), что делает его идеальным для тактирования высокоскоростных преобразователей данных. Интегральный джиттер, измеренный с помощью оценочного модуля, составляет менее 50 фс при частоте несущей 9 ГГц. Подавая сигнал SYNC, пользователь может синхронизировать фазу выходного сигнала между несколькими устройствами LMX2594. LMX2594 также может формировать частотную развертку, что можно продемонстрировать на данном оценочном модуле. Благодаря генератору на плате, процесс настройки требует только источника питания 3,3 В и входящего в комплект модуля Refernce Pro (для интерфейса программирования SPI). Программное обеспечение простое, с интуитивно понятным и удобным графическим интерфейсом.
