- LP38798-ADJ – это высокопроизводительный и низкошумный LDO-контроллер, способный обеспечивать выходной ток до 800 мА. Разработан для удовлетворения требований чувствительных радиочастотных/аналоговых схем, LP38798-ADJ использует усовершенствованный метод производства на основе технологии CMOS для обеспечения ultra-низкого уровня шума выходного тока и высокого значения PSRR при частотах переключения источника питания. LP38798SD-ADJ обладает стабильностью работы как с керамическими, так и с танталовыми выходными конденсаторами; для обеспечения стабильности необходимо минимальное количество выходного конденсатара в размере 1 µF.
- LP38798-ADJ может работать при широком диапазоне входных напряжений (3 В до 20 В), что делает его идеальным решением для многих приложений после регулировки напряжения.
