ОПИСАНИЕ / ИНФОРМАЦИЯ ДЛЯ ЗАКАЗА
Этот 16-разрядный (сдвоенный восьмиразрядный) неинвертирующий шинный приёмопередатчик предназначен для работы при напряжении VCC от 1,65 В до 3,6 В. SN74LVC16245A предназначен для асинхронной связи между шинами данных. Реализация управляющих функций сводит к минимуму внешние требования по синхронизации. Это устройство может использоваться как два 8-разрядных приёмопередатчика или как один 16-разрядный приёмопередатчик. Оно обеспечивает передачу данных от шины A к шине B или от шины B к шине A в зависимости от логического уровня на входе управления направлением (DIR). Вход разрешения выхода (OE) может использоваться для отключения устройства, что обеспечивает эффективную изоляцию шин.
Для обеспечения высокоимпедансного состояния при включении или выключении питания вывод OE должен быть подключён к VCC
через подтягивающий резистор; минимальное значение резистора определяется способностью драйвера поглощать ток.

• Стойкость к защёлкиванию превышает 250 мА в соответствии с JESD 17
• Защита от электростатического разряда превышает требования JESD 22
