Description
- MAX803/NCP803 — это экономичная система датчика, разработанная для мониторинга напряжения V в цифровых системах и предоставления сигнала сброса основному процессору при необходимости. Не требуется использование внешних компонентов. Выход сброса активируется в течение 10 мкс после падения напряжения V ниже порогового значения сброса. Сброс сохраняется активным в течение периода времени, который корректируется после того, как напряжение V поднимается выше порога сброса. MAX803/NCP803 имеет открытый стоковый выход с активным низким уровнем сброса (BAR). Выход MAX803/NCP803 гарантированно работает при напряжении V = 1,0 В и доступен в корпусах SOT-23 и SC-70. MAX803/NCP803 оптимизирован для отклонения быстрых переходных глюков на линии V. Низкий ток потребления — 0,5 µA (V = 3,3 В) делает этот устройство подходящим для применений на батарейках.
