Description

MAX809/NCV809 и MAX810 — это экономичные схемы супервизора системы, предназначенные для контроля V в цифровых системах и подачи сигнала сброса на главный процессор при необходимости. Внешние компоненты не требуются. Выход сброса становится активным в течение 10 мкс после падения V ниже порога напряжения сброса. Сброс остается активным в течение периода тайм-аута, который устанавливается на заводе после превышения V порога сброса. MAX810 имеет активный высокий уровень сигнала RESET, в то время как MAX809 имеет активный низкий уровень сигнала RESETbar. Оба устройства доступны в корпусах SOT-23 и SC-70. MAX809/810 оптимизированы для подавления быстрых переходных помех на линии V. Низкий ток питания 0,5 мкА (V = 3,3 В) делает эти устройства подходящими для приложений с батарейным питанием.
