Description
- Шестиканальный триггер Шмитта
- Микросхема MC14584B, представляющая собой шестиканальный триггер Шмитта, выполнена на МОП-транзисторах с P-каналом и N-каналом в режиме обогащения в единой монолитной структуре. Эти устройства в основном используются там, где требуется низкое энергопотребление и/или высокая помехоустойчивость. MC14584B может применяться вместо MC14069UB (шестиканальный инвертор) для повышения помехоустойчивости при «выпрямлении» медленно изменяющихся сигналов.
- Особенности
- • Диапазон напряжения питания = от 3,0 В до 18 В постоянного тока
- • Способен управлять двумя маломощными нагрузками ТТЛ или одной маломощной
- нагрузкой ТТЛ Шоттки в диапазоне рабочих температур
- • Двойная диодная защита на всех входах
- • Может использоваться для замены MC14069UB
- • Для большей гистерезиса используйте MC14106B, который является цоколь-к-цоколю
- заменой для CD40106B и MM74C14
- • Доступны бессвинцовые корпуса
