Description
- MC33064/MC34064 – это схема обнаружения недостаточного напряжения, специально разработанная для использования в качестве контроллера перезапуска в системах на микропроцессорах. Она предоставляет проектировщикам экономичное решение для обнаружения низких напряжений с использованием одного внешнего резистора. MC33064/MC34064 имеет встроенный в корпус референсный датчик температуры, а также компаратор с точными порогами и встроенной гипербарией для предотвращения нестабильного перезапуска. Выход перезапуска может выдерживать ток более 10 мА, а функционирование гарантируется при входном напряжении до 1,0 В с низким стоячим током. Устройства MC33064/MC34064 выпускаются в корпусах типов TO-226AA (3 контакта), SO-8, Micro-8 и SOT-23/TSOP-5. Устройство NCV выпускается в корпусах типов SO-8 и TO-226AA. Применение включает прямое мониторинг 5,0-В источника питания для микропроцессоров/логики, используемых в бытовой, автомобильной, потребительской и промышленной технике.
