MCP1701 — это семейство КМОП-стабилизаторов положительного напряжения с низким падением напряжения (LDO), которые могут обеспечивать ток до 250 мА, потребляя при этом всего 2,0 мкА тока покоя (тип.). Диапазон входного рабочего напряжения составляет до 10 В, что делает его идеальным для литий-ионных (один или два элемента), 9-вольтовых щелочных и других устройств с питанием от двух или трех первичных элементов.

• Диапазон входного рабочего напряжения до 10,0 В
• Низкое падение напряжения:
– 250 мВ (тип.) при 100 мА
– 500 мВ (тип.) при 200 мА
• Высокий выходной ток: 250 мА (VВЫХ = 5,0 В)
• Высокая точность выходного напряжения: ±2% (макс.)
• Низкий температурный дрейф: ±100 ppm/°C (тип.)
• Отличная стабилизация по напряжению: 0,2%/В (тип.)
• Варианты корпусов: 3-выводной SOT-23A и 3-выводной SOT-89
