Description
- Микросхема NCP1653 представляет собой контроллер, предназначенный для повышающих цепей коррекции коэффициента мощности (PFC) в режиме непрерывной проводимости (CCM). Она работает в режиме follower boost или постоянного напряжения с фиксированной частотой переключения 67 кГц (NCP1653A) или 100 кГц (NCP1653). Режим follower boost обеспечивает снижение выходного напряжения, что уменьшает размер и стоимость дросселя и силового ключа. Выпускаемая в корпусах DIP-8 или SO-8, схема минимизирует количество внешних компонентов и значительно упрощает реализацию CCM PFC. Также интегрированы функции высокой защиты безопасности. NCP1653 является драйвером для создания надежных и компактных каскадов PFC.
