Description
- Серия NCP3163 представляет собой улучшенную версию популярных монолитных DC-DC преобразователей MC33163 и MC34163. Эти устройства содержат внутренний термокомпенсированный источник опорного напряжения, компаратор, генератор с регулируемой скважностью и активной схемой ограничения тока, драйвер и мощный выходной ключ. Данный контроллер специально разработан для использования в понижающих, повышающих или инвертирующих напряжение приложениях с минимальным количеством внешних компонентов. NCP3163 выпускается в корпусе с открытой контактной площадкой, что позволяет значительно увеличить рассеиваемую мощность встроенного силового ключа.
