- ADL5545 – это усилитель с однонаправленным сигналом типа RF/IF, который обеспечивает широкополосную работу в диапазоне от 30 МГц до 6 ГГц. ADL5545 предоставляет уровень OIP3 более 36 дБм при токе зарядки всего 56 мА от источника питания напряжения 5 В.
- ADL5545 обеспечивает усиление в размере 24 дБ, что является стабильным как при изменении частоты, температуры, так и при переключении между различными устройствами. Усилитель выпускается в стандартной коробке SOT-89 и имеет внутреннее соответствие с пропусканием 50 Ом на входе и выходе, что делает ADL5545 очень удобным для использования в различных приложениях. Единственные внешние компоненты, необходимые для установки, – это конденсаторы аккумулятивного соединения входа/выхода, конденсаторы декуализации питания и индуктор биаза.
- ADL5545 изготовлен по технологии InGaP HBT и имеет высокий уровень защиты от электростатических ударов ±1,5 кВ (класс 1C). ADL5545 также полностью соответствует требованиям RoHS.
