Description
- If you need to maintain a steady voltage on your circuit, then this LDO NCP698SQ15T1G linear regulator from ON Semiconductor is perfect for you! It has an overall accuracy of ±2 %. Its typical dropout voltage at current is 0.55@80mA|0.87@150mA V. This voltage regulation device"s single output can produce a current up to 0.28(Typ) A. Supply your circuit with sufficient power by implementing this, which does not exceed 6 V. With a fixed output that has a voltage of 1.5 V, this is power management at its best. By operating at a load regulation of 60mV and line regulation of 20mV you can provide a constant voltage at your output. This product will be shipped in tape and reel packaging to allow for quick mounting and safe delivery. Its polarity is positive. The maximum dropout voltage is 0.8@80mA|1.07@150mA V. This voltage regulation device has an operating temperature range of -40 °C to 85 °C.
