Description

The NCS20072DTBR2G is a dual operational amplifier with rail to rail output in 8 pin TSSOP package. The rail to rail operation enables the user to make optimal use of entire supply voltage range while taking advantage of 3MHz bandwidth. The device can operate on supply voltages as low as 2.7V over temperature range of -40°C to 125°C. At 2.7V supply, the high bandwidth provides a slew rate of 2.8µV/s while only consuming 405µA of quiescent current per channel. The wide supply range allows NCS20072DTBR2G to run on supply voltages as high as 36V making it ideal for a broad range of applications. Since this is a CMOS device, high input impedance and low bias currents make it ideal for interfacing to a wide variety of signal sensors.

Common mode rejection ratio (CMRR) of 110dB (VCM = VSS + 0.2 V to VDD - 1.35V) at VS = 2.7V
Open loop voltage gain of 118dB at VS = 2.7V
Output current capability of 70mA (op-amp sinking current) & 50mA (sourcing current) at VS = 2.7V
Phase margin of 50° (CL = 25pF) and gain margin of 14dB (CL = 25pF) at VS = 2.7V
Settling time of 0.6µs (settling time to 0.1%) at VS = 2.7V
Power supply rejection ratio (PSRR) of 135dB (no load) at VS = 2.7V
