Description
- Серия LM393 представляет собой двойные независимые прецизионные компараторы напряжения, способные работать от одного или двух источников питания. Спецификации входного напряжения смещения до 2,0 мВ делают это устройство отличным выбором для многих применений в бытовой, автомобильной и промышленной электронике.

- Низкий входной ток сдвига: 5,0 нА
- Низкое входное напряжение смещения: 2,0 мВ (макс.) для LM393A, 5,0 мВ (макс.) для LM293/393
- Синфазный диапазон входных напряжений до уровня земли
- Диапазон дифференциального входного напряжения равен напряжению питания
- Выходное напряжение совместимо с логическими уровнями DTL, ECL, TTL, MOS и CMOS
