- Семейство операционных усилителей OP196 на технологии CBCMOS отличается микропотреблением и диапазонами входного и выходного сигналов «рельс-рельс».
- Чрезвычайно низкое энергопотребление и гарантированная работа от +3 В до +12 В делают эти усилители идеально подходящими для мониторинга заряда батарей и управления их зарядкой. Их динамические характеристики, включая спектральную плотность шума по напряжению 26 нВ/√Гц, рекомендуют их для аудиоприложений с питанием от батарей. Емкостные нагрузки до 200 пФ обрабатываются без возникновения колебаний.
- Модели OP196/OP296/OP496 имеют технические характеристики для расширенного промышленного температурного диапазона (-40°C до +125°C). Работа при напряжении +3 В указана для температурного диапазона от 0°C до +125°C.
- Одиночный OP196 и сдвоенный OP296 доступны в корпусах SOIC и TSSOP с 8 выводами. Счетверенный OP496 доступен в корпусах SOIC и TSSOP с 14 выводами.
