Description
- Эти восьмиразрядные буферы и линейные драйверы обладают производительностью устройств SNx4HC541 и расположением выводов, при котором входы и выходы находятся на противоположных сторонах корпуса. Такое расположение значительно упрощает компоновку печатной платы.
- Выходы с тремя состояниями управляются логическим элементом ИЛИ-НЕ с двумя входами. Если любой из входов разрешения выхода (OE1 или OE2) находится в высоком уровне, все восемь выходов переходят в высокоимпедансное состояние. Устройства SNx4HC541 обеспечивают прямые данные на выходах.
- Широкий диапазон рабочего напряжения от 2 В до 6 В
- Выходы с тремя состояниями с высоким током непосредственно управляют линиями шины или до 15 нагрузками LSTTL
- Низкое энергопотребление, максимальный ток ICC 80 мкА
- Типичное значение tpd = 10 нс
- Выходной ток ±6 мА при напряжении 5 В
- Низкий входной ток, максимальное значение 1 мкА
- Сквозное расположение выводов (все входы находятся на стороне, противоположной выходам)
