Description

The STM32F103C6T6A is a 32-bit performance line Microcontroller Unit incorporates the high-performance ARM® Cortex™-M3 RISC core operating at a 72MHz frequency, high-speed embedded memories (flash memory of 32kB and SRAM up to 6kB) and an extensive range of enhanced I/Os and peripherals connected to two APB buses. This device offers two 12-bit ADC and 3 general purpose 16-bit timers plus one PMW, as well as standard and advanced communication interfaces up to two I²Cs and SPIs, three USARTs, an USB and a CAN.

Low power - Sleep, stop and standby modes
VBAT supply for RTC and backup registers
Dual-sample and hold capability
Debug mode - Serial wire debug (SWD) and JTAG interfaces
