Description

The STPS12045TV is a Power Schottky Rectifier features very small conduction losses, negligible switching losses, extremely fast switching and low thermal resistance. The dual power Schottky rectifier is suitable for high frequency DC to DC converters. This device is especially intended for use in low voltage, high frequency inverters, free wheeling and polarity protection applications.
