The STTH3002CW is a high efficiency Ultrafast Diode features high surge current capability, low forward and reverse recovery times. This dual centre tab rectifier is suitable for high frequency DC to DC converters. This device is intended for use in low voltage, high frequency inverters, free wheeling and polarity protection.
