Description

Even in the event of large power supply variations, this TL1431CZ voltage reference power management device from STMicroelectronics can produce and maintain a precise DC voltage. It has an initial accuracy of 0.4%. With an output that has a voltage of 2.5 to 36 V, this is power management at its best. This will operate at a maximum voltage of 37 V, making it easy to control the power in your circuit. This voltage reference circuit supports shunt topology. In order to ensure parts aren"t damaged by bulk packaging, this product comes in tube packaging to add a little more protection by storing the loose parts in an outer tube. This voltage reference circuit has an operating temperature range of -20 °C to 70 °C. It runs with a maximum temperature coefficient of 90ppm/°C.
