TLP523 — это оптоизолятор с одним каналом и выходом Дарлингтона, состоящий из инфракрасного излучающего диода на основе арсенида галлия, совмещённого с кремниевым фототранзистором, подключённым по схеме Дарлингтона; в данном устройстве предусмотрено встроенное базово-эмиттерное сопротивление для оптимизации скорости переключения и улучшения характеристик при повышенных температурах.
Минимальное напряжение между коллектором и эмиттером: 55 В
