Description

TPS62130AQRGTTQ1 представляет собой простой в использовании синхронный понижающий DC-DC преобразователь, оптимизированный для приложений с высокой плотностью мощности. Высокая частота переключения, обычно 2,5 МГц, позволяет использовать небольшие катушки индуктивности, обеспечивает быстрый переходный отклик и высокую точность выходного напряжения благодаря топологии DCS-Control™. Благодаря широкому диапазону входного напряжения от 3 до 17 В устройство идеально подходит для систем, питающихся от промежуточных шин питания. Устройство поддерживает непрерывный выходной ток до 3 А при выходных напряжениях от 0,9 до 6 В (в режиме 100% коэффициента заполнения). Нарастание выходного напряжения при запуске контролируется выводом мягкого старта, что позволяет использовать устройство как в качестве автономного источника питания, так и в конфигурациях отслеживания. Также возможно управление последовательностью питания путем настройки выводов Enable и Power Good с открытым стоком. В энергосберегающем режиме устройство потребляет ток покоя около 17 мкА от VIN.
