Description

The TPS715A33DRBT is a 3.3V fixed output low-dropout (LDO) Linear Regulator provide the benefits of high input voltage, low-dropout (LDO) voltage and low-power operation. The device is stable with any capacitor greater than or equal to 0.47µF. A PMOS pass element functions as a low-value resistor. The low-dropout (LDO) voltage, typically 670mV at 80mA of load current, is directly proportional to the load current. The low quiescent current is nearly constant over the entire range of output load current.
