Description
- Look no further! The UC2845BN PWM controller from STMicroelectronics is the ideal tool for interfacing two different voltage circuits together. This current mode controller supports boost|flyback topology. Its single PWM output produces a current of 1000(Max) mA. Its switching regulator has a frequency of 500 kHz. This current mode controller"s maximum duty cycle is 50 %. This current mode controller has a minimum operating temperature of -25 °C and a maximum of 85 °C. This device has a maximum of 30 V.
