- This UC3845BD1 current controller by STMicroelectronics is perfect for current which needs to be supplied to an external system. This current mode controller supports boost|flyback topology. Its single PWM output produces a current of 1000(Max) mA. Its switching regulator has a frequency of 500 kHz. This current mode controller"s maximum duty cycle is 50 %.
