Description

Converting from AC to DC is simple when using a Schottky diode ZLLS400TA rectifier from Diodes Zetex. Its maximum power dissipation is 390 mW. In order to guarantee safe delivery and allow for quick mounting of this component after delivery, it will be enclosed in tape and reel packaging during shipment. This rectifier has a minimum operating temperature of -55 °C and a maximum of 150 °C. Its peak non-repetitive surge current is 12 A, while its maximum continuous forward current is 0.52 A. It is made in a single configuration.
