- AD5520 — это одноканальный блок параметрических измерений (PPMU) для использования в оборудовании автоматического тестирования полупроводников и прецизионных измерительных приборах. Он оснащён программируемыми режимами, позволяющими задавать напряжение на выводе и измерять соответствующий ток либо задавать ток и измерять напряжение. PPMU способен генерировать напряжение от −11 В до +11 В или токи до ±4 мА. Устройство обеспечивает функцию контроля силы и чувствительности, что гарантирует высокую точность на контакте тестера. Также доступен выход защиты, предназначенный для подачи сигнала на экранировку пары «сила–измерение».
- AD5520 поставляется в 64-выводном корпусе LQFP.
