Description

The AD620ARZ is a low cost, low power instrumentation amplifier in 8 pin NSOIC package. This high accuracy instrumentation amplifier requires only one external resistor to set gains of 1 to 10000. It is smaller than discrete designs and offers lower power by making it as a good fit for battery powered applications.

Small signal -3dB bandwidth of 1MHz at G = 1
Input offset voltage of 30µV
Input bias current of 0.5nA
Input voltage noise is 9nV/√Hz at 1KHz
Operating temperature range from -40°C to 85°C
