_FastFETs_ — это совершенно новый класс усилителей от Analog Devices, первыми выпущенными представителями которого являются AD8034 и AD8065. _FastFETs_ сочетают желаемые характеристики усилителей с FET-входом (высокое входное сопротивление, почти исключающее необходимость учитывать входной ток смещения в проектах) с собственными технологиями ADI XFCB (прежде всего низкое энергопотребление, низкий уровень шума и искажений, а также широкий диапазон напряжения питания). Мы считаем, что _FastFETs_ изменят представление разработчиков об усилителях в целом и об FET-усилителях в частности.
Безусловно, любой разработчик, использующий в настоящее время FET-усилители, заинтересуется высокопроизводительным и высокоскоростным FET-усилителем, потребляющим малую долю мощности в корпусах размером с SC-70.
