Устройство ADC081S021 представляет собой маломощный одноканальный КМОП 8-битный аналого-цифровой преобразователь с высокоскоростным последовательным интерфейсом. В отличие от общепринятой практики указания производительности только при одной частоте дискретизации, ADC081S021 полностью характеризуется в диапазоне частот дискретизации от 50 квыб/с до 200 квыб/с. Преобразователь основан на архитектуре регистра последовательного приближения со встроенной схемой выборки-хранения.
Выходные последовательные данные представлены в прямом двоичном коде и совместимы с несколькими стандартами, такими как SPI, QSPI, MICROWIRE и многими распространенными последовательными интерфейсами DSP.
ADC081S021 работает от одного источника питания напряжением от 2,7 В до 5,25 В. Обычное энергопотребление при напряжении питания 3,6 В или 5,25 В составляет 1,3 мВт и 7,7 мВт соответственно. Функция снижения энергопотребления позволяет уменьшить потребляемую мощность до 2,6 мкВт при напряжении питания 5,25 В.
ADC081S021 выпускается в корпусах WSON и SOT-23 с 6 выводами. Гарантируется работа в промышленном диапазоне температур от –40°C до 85°C.
