Description
- Микросхема ADG621BRMZ представляет собой КМОП-двойной однополюсный однопозиционный (SPST) переключатель, который одинаково хорошо проводит сигнал в обоих направлениях во включенном состоянии. ADG621 содержит два независимых переключателя и обеспечивает низкое сопротивление во включенном состоянии 4 Ом, которое согласовано в пределах 0,25 Ом между каналами. Этот переключатель также обеспечивает низкое энергопотребление при высоких скоростях переключения. Он идеально подходит для применения в таких устройствах, как автоматическое тестовое оборудование, системы маршрутизации питания, схемы выборки и хранения, а также системы сбора данных.
