- ADP1614 — это повышающий DC-DC импульсный преобразователь со встроенным силовым ключом, способный обеспечить выходное напряжение до 20 В. ADP1614 доступен с регулируемым через внешний резистор токовым пределом, устанавливаемым с помощью внешнего резистора. Частота переключения повышающего преобразователя фиксирована и составляет 650 кГц или 1,3 МГц.
- Благодаря высоте корпуса 0,8 мм ADP1614 является оптимальным решением для приложений с ограниченным пространством, таких как портативные устройства или тонкопленочные транзисторные (TFT) жидкокристаллические дисплеи (LCD).
