- BGB707L7ESD представляет собой кремний-германий-углеродный (SiGe:C) малошумящий усилитель ММИС со встроенной защитой от электростатического разряда (ESD) и активным смещением. Устройство столь же гибко, как дискретный транзистор, и обладает высоким усилением, пониженным энергопотреблением и очень низкими искажениями для широкого спектра применений. Устройство основано на экономичной технологии SiGe:C компании Infineon Technologies и поставляется в низкопрофильном безвыводном зеленом корпусе TSLP-7-1.

- Высокопроизводительный широкополосный ММИС LNA общего назначения
- Встроенная защита от ESD для всех выводов (3 кВ для RF-входа относительно земли, 2 кВ для всех других комбинаций выводов, HBM)
- Встроенная схема активного смещения обеспечивает стабильную рабочую точку при изменениях температуры и технологического процесса.
- Отличный коэффициент шума благодаря надежной высокопроизводительной технологии SiGe:C от Infineon.
- Высокий коэффициент усиления и линейность при низком потреблении тока.
- Рабочее напряжение: от 1,8 В до 4,0 В.
- Регулируемый рабочий ток от 2,1 мА до 25 мА с помощью внешнего резистора.
- Функция отключения питания.
- Очень маленький безвыводной корпус TSLP-7-1, размером 2,0 x 1,3 x 0,4 мм3.
