- BGT24MTR12 — это кремний-германиевая МИС для генерации и приёма сигналов, работающая в диапазоне от 24,00 до 26,00 ГГц. Она основана на генераторе, управляемом напряжением, с основной частотой 24 ГГц. Встроен переключаемый предварительный делитель частоты с выходными частотами 1,5 ГГц и 23 кГц. Основной ВЧ-выход обеспечивает мощность сигнала до 8 дБм для питания антенны. RC-полифазный фильтр (PPF) используется для формирования квадратурных фаз гетеродина в гомодинном квадратурном понижающем смесителе. Для целей мониторинга реализованы датчики выходной мощности, а также температурный датчик. Устройство управляется по интерфейсу SPI и изготовлено по технологии SiGe:C с проектными нормами 0,18 мкм, обеспечивающей граничную частоту 200 ГГц. МИС выпускается в 32-выводном безвыводном корпусе VQFN, соответствующем требованиям RoHS.
