Description
- CAT24C02 - это 2-кбитный КМОП последовательный EEPROM, организованный внутренне как 16 страниц по 16 байт каждая. Это устройство поддерживает как стандартный (100 кГц), так и быстрый (400 кГц) режимы I²C. Запись данных осуществляется путем указания начального адреса, затем загрузки от 1 до 16 последовательных байтов в буфер записи страницы, а затем записи всех данных в энергонезависимую память за один внутренний цикл записи. Чтение данных осуществляется путем указания начального адреса, а затем последовательного вывода данных с автоматическим увеличением внутреннего счетчика адресов. Внешние адресные выводы позволяют адресовать до восьми устройств CAT24C02 на одной шине.
