Description
- CAT24C08 — это 8-Кбит CMOS последовательное EEPROM-устройство, внутренне организованное как 64 страницы по 16 байт каждая. Это устройство поддерживает как стандартный (100 кГц), так и быстрый (400 кГц) протокол I2C. Данные I2C записываются путем указания начального адреса, затем загрузки от 1 до 16 смежных байт в буфер страничной записи и последующей записи всех данных в энергонезависимую память за один внутренний цикл записи. Данные считываются путем указания начального адреса и последующего последовательного вывода данных с автоматическим увеличением внутреннего счетчика адреса. Внешние адресные выводы позволяют адресовать до двух устройств CAT24C08 на одной шине.
