- CM1402 — это массив фильтров EMI с защитой от ЭСР, включающий три пи-фильтра (C-R-C) и два дополнительных канала защиты от ЭСР. CM1402 имеет номиналы компонентов 20 пФ–47 Ом–20 пФ и 20 пФ–100 Ом–20 пФ. На каждом выводе установлены диоды защиты от ЭСР лавинного типа, обеспечивающие очень высокий уровень защиты чувствительных электронных компонентов, подверженных воздействию электростатического разряда (ЭСР).

- • Покрытие OptiGuard для повышения надежности при сборке
- • Три канала фильтрации EMI, каждый из которых оснащён защитой от ЭСР
- • Два дополнительных канала только для защиты от ЭСР
- • Защита от ЭСР ±10 кВ (IEC 61000-4-2, контактный разряд) на всех выводах
- • Защита от ЭСР ±25 кВ (HBM)
- • Затухание более 30 дБ на частоте 1 ГГц
- • Кварцевый корпус чипа (CSP) с 10 выводами и габаритами 1,960 мм × 1,330 мм
- • Корпус чипа обеспечивает крайне низкую индуктивность выводов для оптимальной работы фильтра и защиты от ЭСР
- • Соответствие требованиям RoHS, безсвинцовая упаковка

- • Разъём для SIM-карты в мобильных телефонах
- • Защита портов ввода/вывода в мобильных телефонах, ноутбуках, КПК и т. п.
- • Фильтрация помех EMI для портов передачи данных в сотовых телефонах, КПК или ноутбуках
