Description
- CS8361 представляет собой прецизионный микромощный двухканальный стабилизатор напряжения с выводами ENABLEbar и RESETbar. Выход дежурного режима 5 В имеет точность ±2% при токе нагрузки 100 мА и типичное падение напряжения 400 мВ. Ток покоя низкий, обычно 140 мкА при нагрузке 300 мкА. Активный выход RESETbar контролирует выход дежурного режима 5 В и удерживает линию RESETbar в низком уровне во время включения питания и при падении напряжения стабилизатора. Схема RESETbar имеет гистерезис и гарантированно работает при напряжении 1 В на выходе дежурного режима. Второй выход отслеживает выход дежурного режима 5 В через внешний вывод регулировки и может обеспечивать ток нагрузки 250 мА с типичным падением напряжения 400 мВ. Логический вывод ENABLEbar используется для управления выходом отслеживающего стабилизатора. Оба выхода защищены от перенапряжения, короткого замыкания, переполюсовки батареи и перегрева. Высокая надёжность и низкий ток покоя CS8361 делают его подходящим не только для автомобильных микропроцессорных применений, но и для любых микропроцессорных устройств с батарейным питанием.
