Description
- Микросхема DRV8811 представляет собой интегрированное решение для управления шаговым двигателем, предназначенное для применения в принтерах, сканерах и другом автоматизированном оборудовании. Устройство содержит два H-мостовых драйвера, а также логику микрошагового индексатора для управления шаговым двигателем.
- Блок выходного драйвера состоит из N-канальных силовых MOSFET-транзисторов, сконфигурированных в виде полных H-мостов для управления обмотками двигателя.
- Простой интерфейс STEP-и-DIR обеспечивает лёгкое сопряжение с цепями контроллера. Выводы выбора режима шага позволяют настраивать двигатель на работу в режимах полного шага, полушага, четверти шага или восьмой части шага. Режим затухания тока и время выключения ШИМ являются программируемыми.
- Предусмотрены внутренние функции защиты от перегрузки по току, короткого замыкания, пониженного напряжения питания (UVLO) и перегрева.
- Микросхема DRV8811 выпускается в корпусе HTSSOP с 28 выводами и теплоотводящей площадкой PowerPAD™.
