Description

FAN73832 – это полупроводниковый интегральный узел управления гейтами с функциями контроля за выключением и программируемым временем мертвости для управления MOSFETами и IGBTами при напряжении до +600 В. Технология производства высокого напряжения от компании Fairchild и метод устранения шумов общей моды обеспечивают стабильную работу узла управления на верхнем полюсе при условиях высокого уровня шума dv/dt. Усовершенствованная схема изменения фазы позволяет узлу управления гейтами работать при напряжении до V=15 В. Схемы UVLO для обоих каналов предотвращают неисправности, когда напряжение ниже указанного порогового напряжения. Узлы выхода обычно имеют ток подачи/оттока 350 мА/650 мА соответственно, что подходит для всех типов инверторов полупроводниковых и полных мостов.
