Description

Микросхема FAN73832 представляет собой полумостовой драйвер затвора с функциями отключения и программируемого мертвого времени для управления MOSFET и IGBT, работающий до напряжения +600 В. Высоковольтный процесс Fairchild и схема подавления синфазных помех обеспечивают стабильную работу верхнего драйвера в условиях высоких помех dv/dt. Усовершенствованная схема сдвига уровня позволяет работать верхнему драйверу затвора при напряжении до V=15 В. Схемы UVLO для обоих каналов предотвращают неисправность при снижении V ниже заданного порогового напряжения. Выходные драйверы обеспечивают типовые значения выходного тока 350 мА (исток) и 650 мА (сток), что подходит для всех видов полумостовых и полномостовых инверторов.
