Description
- If you have an RF signal that is not strong enough to meet your specifications, amplify it using Analog Devices" power amplifier HMC994 buffer amplifier! Its maximum power dissipation is 3020 mW. This RF amplifier chip has a minimum operating temperature of -55 °C and a maximum of 85 °C. The item will be shipped in tray orientation. This device uses a single power supply. It has a single channel per chip.
