The IRG4PC60UPBF is a 600V Ultrafast 8 to 60kHz IGBT. Hard switching process optimized for high operating frequency. Generation 4 IGBT design provides tighter parameter distribution and higher efficiency. Designed for best performance when used with IR HEXFRED & IR Fred companion diodes.
