Description

The ITS4142N is a single channel smart high side power switch in 4 pin SOT-223 package. This high side power switch with integrated vertical power FET provides embedded protection and diagnostic functions. It replaces electromechanical relays and discrete circuits.
Microcontroller compatible power switch with diagnostic feedback for 12V and 24V DC grounded loads
Very low standby current
Overvoltage protection (Vbb(AZ)) of 47V
Operating voltage (Vbb(on)) from 12V to 45V
On-state resistance (Ron) of 150mohm at Tj = 25°C and IL = 0.5A
Operating temperature range from -30°C to 85°C
Short circuit, overload and overvoltage protection
Undervoltage shutdown with auto restart and hysteresis
CMOS compatible input
Improved electromagnetic compatibility (EMC)
