Its output produces a current of 800(Max) mA. This soft switching controller has single output. You can operate this at a switching frequency of 500 kHz. Tape and reel packaging will encase the product during shipment, ensuring safe delivery and enabling quick mounting of components. This device has a minimum operating supply voltage of 8.85 V and a maximum of 16 V. This soft switching controller"s maximum duty cycle is 52 %. This soft switching controller has a minimum operating temperature of -40 °C and a maximum of 150 °C.
