Эти устройства состоят из двух независимых операционных усилителей с высоким коэффициентом усиления и частотной компенсацией, предназначенных для работы от однополярного или двуполярного источника питания в широком диапазоне напряжений.
Широкий диапазон напряжений питания
Однополярное питание: от 3 В до 32 В (26 В для LM2904)
Двуполярное питание: от ±1,5 В до ±16 В (±13 В для LM2904)
Низкий ток потребления от источника питания, не зависящий от напряжения питания: 0,7 мА (типовое значение)
Широкая полоса пропускания при единичном усилении: 0,7 МГц
Диапазон синфазного входного напряжения включает землю, что обеспечивает непосредственное измерение сигналов вблизи земли
Низкие значения входного напряжения смещения и параметров смещения
Напряжение смещения нуля: 3 мВ (типовое значение); для версий A: 2 мВ (типовое значение)
Ток смещения нуля: 2 нА (типовое значение)
Входной ток смещения: 20 нА (типовое значение); для версий A: 15 нА (типовое значение)
Диапазон дифференциального входного напряжения, равный максимально допустимому напряжению питания: 32 В (26 В для LM2904)
Дифференциальный коэффициент усиления по напряжению в разомкнутой цепи: 100 дБ (типовое значение)
Внутренняя частотная компенсация
Для изделий, соответствующих требованиям MIL-PRF-38535, все параметры проверяются, если не указано иное. Для всех остальных изделий производственный процесс не обязательно включает проверку всех параметров.
