Description
- MAX232E представляет собой двойной драйвер и приемник, который включает емкостной генератор напряжения для обеспечения уровней напряжения, соответствующих RS-232-F, от одного источника питания 5 В. Каждый приемник преобразует входные сигналы RS-232 в уровни 5 В TTL/CMOS. Этот приемник имеет типовой порог 1,3 В, типовой гистерезис 0,5 В и может принимать входные сигналы ±30 В. Каждый драйвер преобразует входные уровни TTL/CMOS в уровни TIA/RS-232-F.
- Соответствует или превосходит требования TIA/RS-232-F и рекомендации ITU V.28
- Защита от электростатического разряда (ESD) для выводов шины RS-232
- ±15 кВ по модели человеческого тела (HBM)
