Description

The MBR16100 is a Schottky Barrier Rectifier with moulded plastic body case and lead free solderable pure tin-plated as per MIL-STD-750 standard. It can be mountable to any position. It is suitable for use in low voltage, high frequency inverters, free-wheeling and polarity protection applications.
